Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how INEEDA PRO LLC ("iNeeda," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the iNeeda application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). iNeeda is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including customers who book services and independent providers who offer services through the platform.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, and (for providers) business details, services offered, and availability.
- Booking information — details related to appointments you request, accept, or complete, including service details, dates, times, and locations.
- Payment information — when you make or receive payments, our payment processor collects and processes your payment card or bank details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems; payment processing is handled by our third-party processor (Stripe).
- Communications — messages you send through the Service and any correspondence you have with us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — how you interact with the Service, such as features used, pages viewed, and session activity.
- Device information — device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device or installation identifiers.
- Location information — approximate or precise location, where you enable it, to help match customers with nearby providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including creating accounts, facilitating bookings, and processing payments;
- Connect customers with providers and enable communication between them;
- Send transactional communications, such as booking confirmations, requests, reminders, status updates, and account or security notices (including by SMS and email — see Section 5);
- Verify identity and phone numbers and protect against fraud, abuse, and other harmful or unauthorized activity;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Improve, troubleshoot, and develop new features for the Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to third parties.
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- Between customers and providers — to facilitate a booking, we share relevant booking and contact details between the customer and the provider involved in that booking.
- Service providers — we share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), messaging and communications delivery (Twilio, Resend), hosting, and analytics. These vendors are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of iNeeda, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Mobile Messaging (SMS) and Phone Numbers
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your use of the Service, such as booking requests, confirmations, reminders, account notifications, and verification codes.
- Consent: You may opt in to SMS by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages within the Service. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Service.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. For support, you can also contact us at team@ineedapro.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers and messaging-consent data are used only to deliver the messages and services described above, including through our messaging delivery vendors acting on our behalf.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information;
- Portability — request a copy of certain information in a portable format;
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are commonly defined;
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at team@ineedapro.com. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
7. State Privacy Disclosures
We provide these rights to residents of all U.S. states, including those with comprehensive privacy laws such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas, among others.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it (as described above); the right to access, correct, and delete your information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise these rights, or use an authorized agent to do so, by contacting us at team@ineedapro.com. 9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at team@ineedapro.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services (such as our payment processor). This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
